Professional Summary: Angela McArthur joined Stirling’s commercial real estate team in 2014 and works out of the Mobile office, representing local, regional, and national clients across retail site selection, sales and leasing, tenant and buyer representation, and corporate leasing services for a variety of property types. She began her real estate career in 1988 with Herman Maisel & Co.’s property management division, later transitioning to large shopping center management and leasing with Konover & Associates South in 1990. In 1997, she entered brokerage with Prudential Cooper & Co., where she expanded her expertise into commercial and investment sales as well as corporate leasing. An active industry participant, Angela is a member of ICSC—where she previously served on the P3 Planning Committee—as well as MAAR, NAR, and the Mobile Commercial Exchange Club. Beyond her professional work, she volunteers with several charitable organizations, including Ronald McDonald House, the former Ken Stabler Celebrity Golf Tournament, and the “Save the Beach” program.
