Professional Summary: Carly Plotkin joined Stirling Properties in 2016 and is an Advisor on the commercial real estate team, specializing in tenant and landlord representation with a strong focus on the retail and hospitality sectors. She has collaborated with clients at the national, regional, and local levels in both marketing and leasing roles. Before joining Stirling, she worked with The Howard Hughes Corporation, where she managed local marketing and development efforts for the transformation of the former Riverwalk Marketplace into The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, the nation’s first downtown outlet center. Carly was recognized with the 2017 “Rising Star Award” from NOMAR’s Commercial Investment Division and earned her first NOMAR/CID Achievement Award in 2018 for completing more than $2.5 million in transactions. She remains active in industry organizations, serving on ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Board and as the NextGen State Chair for Louisiana, while also participating in NOMAR/CID and the Retail Brokers Network. In addition, she is involved with various nonprofit and volunteer groups, including the Anti-Defamation League, and is a graduate of the New Orleans Business Alliance’s inaugural Economic Development Ambassadorship Program.
