Professional Summary: Saban Sellers is part of Stirling’s Investments Division, where he serves as an Investment Advisor specializing in Multifamily sales. In this role, he plays an active part in every stage of the multifamily advisory process, from underwriting and market analysis to managing transactions. His broad expertise in both acquiring and selling multifamily assets contributes significantly to successful outcomes for clients, and he has participated in more than $540 million in transactions encompassing over 5,700 units. Before shifting his focus to multifamily investments, Mr. Sellers worked in retail sales and leasing, representing both tenants and landlords across Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
