Professional Summary: Kylle launched his commercial real estate career in 2021 after a successful tenure coaching collegiate football, where he worked with top programs across California, Missouri, and the University of West Florida. A key contributor to UWF’s 2019 National Championship and 2017 national finalist run as Assistant Coach and Special Teams Coordinator, he brings the same leadership and discipline to his work in office and industrial real estate throughout northwest Florida. Since entering the industry, he has helped his team complete more than 110 transactions each year, surpassing $42 million in annual deal volume, and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation to further enhance his expertise. Outside of work, Kylle and his wife enjoy exploring the Gulf Coast with their three young children, spending time biking around downtown Pensacola or relaxing near the water from Orange Beach to 30A.
