Professional Summary: Chad Rigby serves as the Managing Director of Multifamily Sales within Stirling’s Investment Advisors Division, where he leads a team responsible for all aspects of multifamily investment sales and marketing across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Gulf South. His work spans transaction management, valuation, underwriting, market analysis, and client development. With more than a decade of real estate experience, he began his career as a transaction manager at ARA Newmark before helping launch a multifamily investment sales platform at Stream Realty and later founding his own consulting firm, Rigby Advisors. Over the years, he has completed more than $1 billion in transactions and sold over 14,000 units. Mr. Rigby holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University, maintains real estate associate broker licenses in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas, and has earned the respected CCIM designation.
