Professional Summary: Jason Scott is a Senior Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, bringing more than forty-six years of comprehensive industry experience to his role. Based in the Mobile and Pensacola offices, he has spent the past three decades specializing in commercial property management, investment sales, retail and office leasing, and industrial assets. Jason began his career in commercial construction with Opus Corporation, where he spent twenty-one years gaining valuable expertise in construction, project and property management, and leasing. Prior to joining Stirling in 2014, he spent fifteen years at John Toomey & Company, contributing significantly to business development and client retention while overseeing third-party managed assets, asset management, leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, and client relations. An active member of ICSC, the Retail Brokers Network, the Pensacola Association of Realtors, and NAIOP, he is also a licensed broker in Alabama and Florida. A lifelong Baldwin County resident, Jason lives in Lillian, Alabama, with his wife, Kim, and is the father of three adult children.
