Professional Summary: Rhonda Sharkawy has been with Stirling Properties for more than 25 years, beginning as Development Director, where she played a key role in ground-up retail projects and redevelopment efforts. In 2002, she moved into the Commercial Brokerage Division as a Senior Retail Leasing & Development Executive and has since worked extensively on new retail developments, redevelopments, and the leasing of existing shopping centers. She also represents over a dozen national retailers across Louisiana and Mississippi, bringing deep experience in all areas of commercial retail real estate. Sharkawy holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans and dual master’s degrees in Land & Real Estate Development and Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with music, the arts, travel, and nature.
