Professional Summary: Joey Canella serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling Properties’ commercial real estate team, specializing in the sale and acquisition of garden office properties throughout the Baton Rouge MSA, as well as garden office leasing, investment sales, industrial transactions, and industrial leasing. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2008, he has completed more than 200 transactions. Before joining Stirling Properties, Joey was a Senior Advisor at SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre in Baton Rouge, where he earned the firm’s Top Producer award in 2015. His industry involvement includes serving on the Office Market Committee for the Baton Rouge TRENDS in Real Estate Conference in 2013 and 2014. A Baton Rouge native, Joey holds a Finance degree from Louisiana State University (2002) and a Juris Doctor with a bachelor’s in Civil Law from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center (2005). He is also a licensed Louisiana attorney and previously practiced real estate law from 2006 to 2008, handling both residential and commercial transactions.
