Professional Summary: Steve was born in Manhattan and adopted at age four by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly, later moving with his family to Cary, North Carolina. A natural leader, he served as class president at Cary High School before studying Business Administration at Louisburg College and NC State University. Over the past three decades, Steve has built a diverse career as an entrepreneur and business leader, starting with developing a fire-retardant product in high school and later opening one of Raleigh’s largest college nightclubs. He went on to found Capital Style Luxury Transportation, which became North Carolina’s largest ground transportation company before he sold it in 2005. Today, Steve focuses on commercial and residential real estate across North Carolina through his firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC, and his development company, Milan Realty, LLC—both responsible for major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region. A seasoned investor and community volunteer, Steve is committed to offering exceptional service, guiding clients through real estate transactions with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
