Nick Carmichael is the founder of Capital Commercial Partners, a U.S.-based consultancy specializing in commercial real estate advisory and fundraising. He began his real estate career in industrial brokerage at NAI Welsh in Minneapolis, where he focused on acquisitions and dispositions for industrial and manufacturing clients. A licensed broker and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Nick brings a global perspective, reinforced by his proficiency in Mandarin and deep understanding of U.S. and Chinese business practices. He holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Golden Gophers and Minnesota Wild hockey teams.
