With a career that began in 1971 after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, Gordon has held executive roles with national development companies and worked extensively on institutional-grade properties across the United States. His background includes co-founding a commercial real estate firm in Maryland, affiliating with SVN in Raleigh, and even earning his securities license with Welton Street Investments, making him one of the few real estate professionals qualified to offer tenant-in-common investment opportunities. Over the years, he has directed significant projects, including the retail development of San Antonio’s Rivercenter, the entitlement and planning phases of the First San Diego River Improvement Project, and the expansion of Simu-Flight at DFW Airport, while also gaining expertise in shopping center redevelopment, medical and office facilities, and student housing. Known for his ability to provide creative solutions to complex transactions, Gordon is dedicated to helping clients maximize opportunities, including guiding investors through 1031 tax-deferred exchanges into tenant-in-common structured properties.
